i deleted tons of irukandji, its a 140rpm

First slot weapons are Kinetic, Stasis or Strand. There are a various Snipers that fit into that category.

Banshee-44 can carry IRUKANDJI.
Xûr can carry Thoughtless.
Volta Bracket should be possible to obtain on Neomuna.

Their stock rotates once a week, so keep checking. The front page of Light.gg will tell you what they have at any given moment. You can also check the Bungie Companion App (on your phone or tablet).

Xûr does have a pretty decent roll of the IKELOS_SR_V1.0.3 this week, it's not Kinetic, but still worth taking a look at.
