Late question about solstice armor

My solstice helmet of last year has white glow(of course because I ignited it), but after the event I thought that helmet without glow looks better but I couldn't get non glowing version of it through transmog system. So my question is that I think I heard that there is no way to get helmet without glow anymore, but was there any additional information about fixing this? Or any possibility that bungie add non glowing version of it at next solstice event? I saw some videos or chat about this during the event so I thought there might me something more about it. I really want to get helmet without glowing.

You can use the non illuminated look by unlocking it in your appearance section. Synthweave can be earned from Ada-1 bounties or purchased via the in-game store. You will need to select the non "Magnificent" version.

The last one does have or does not have the effects depending on how you did. The reason was that older armor actually became a new set each time which could be made an ornament from. First it was blue (rare) called adept or something. After that it transformed into majestic and magnificient. Last year had only a single set unfortunately.

Next event you could not upgrade the new one if it really is worth it and looks good to you. Then your ornament would be glowless if things won't change yet again.

The talking you mentioned was likely due to missing or too dark glowing ornaments, Vaguely I remember but take it not for granted.

I can see only helmet with white glow(that I ignited) and glow that follows my subclass(bought it by bright dust). I heard that solstice armor of 2021 and 2020 had separated versions but 2022 doesn't.

So it seems like it is impossible to get helmet without glowing anymore...I just bet that it would come back like hood of exile...
