How to unlock sparrow? (new player)

i started the game right now and bought all the dlcs. How can i unlock the sparrow?

Hey there, you get a Sparrow from the beginner questline, 'A Guardian Rises'.
Master Rahool has a few basic ones available to buy at the Tower. But your DLC entitlements may give you some additional ones, for example Rahool also has the Argent Turbo sparrow, one of the Lightfall Annual Pass edition rewards.
