1.5x mission score - How does it work? Dares of eternity!

So many are confused here, so am I, who REALLY knows how it works.
in Dares of Eternity, I always see that multiplayer next to the score.
Why is it there when it does not apply to the score?
I know that for the legendary quest to finish dares, it says 300k but the bounty will finish even when you have only 250k. I dont get it. 200kx1,5= 300k. So why the 250k?

that 250k is already 1.5x.

In standard dares at 1.0x you'd have gotten a score of ~167k for the same round.

The bounties from starhorse require different amounts of score depending on their cost and the weekly pinnacle for dares only requires 250k points.

You get points based on the multplier. Collecting an orb of light for example grats 10 points. if you have a multiplier of 1.5, you are getting 15 points, if you have a multiplier of 0.9, you are getting 9 points.
Regarding the highest starhorse bounty. It used to be 300k, but Bungie changed it some day and hasn´t updated the text of the bounty.
