You have a vault (bank/storage) in the Tower, its near the Gunsmith and the Crucible vendor

You can go to the tower and you will see vaults next to Banshee-44 and Lord Shaxx.

If you want to move weapons on the fly, you can use DIM (Destiny Item Manager) or the Ishtar Commander app for IOS and Andriod if you prefer a app.

You can also do inventory management through the official Destiny 2 companion app, but its a bit more clunky compared to Destiny Item Manager.

The Vault is also in the HELM. When you spawn in turn right for the Vault and left for Postmaster.

Its also in the enclavve and the main landing zone in Neomuna
