Bug Vow of the Disciple raid Last Boss (Rhulk Encounter)

We just do raid today and got some serious bug that can't finish the raid. After one phase, (1st or sometime 2nd), Boss teleport into stone and no longer shoot the light to upgrade leecher buff. We can't complete raid and always got wipe when this happen.

we ran it yesterday and had buggy issues with the glyphs and then the Boss phase
