So this drops in Master Dungeons. Does the Dungeon need to be in rotation or does it always drop?

When the dungeon is not on rotation the bosses will give you loot once per char.
when its on rotation it will give you loot on every kill.

However it wont always be armor it could be enhancement mats, weapons or armor.
