Can I craft Ikelos smg this season?

You should be able to if you have the pattern. I heard that the red border for it can drop from Banshee. The season they were part of is gone though.

Technically, yes. However the red borders no long have a dedicated source and therefore are exceedingly rare

The Ikelos 1.0.3 SMG is in Banshee-44's loot pool this season.

I did get an Ikelos 1.0.3 Shotgun with a red border this season:

Specifically, I got it from a rank-up reward. So ... I don't know if you can get one by just buying it from him.

Regardless, watch his inventory, and work on his bounties to get more rankup rewards.
