Vexcalibur catalyst bugged

Did the legendary version of the mission for the catalyst, it showed up that I got it, even got the triumph for it, but when I go to the crafting place it will not let me reshape my vexcalibur, and when I go into the "make a new weapon" one and click on the vexcalibur it tells me to buy the lightfall DLC...which I already have...

Yeah so basically if you got the vexcalibur before doing the Witch Queen campaign long enough to unlock weapon crafting, you got a normal vex calibur instead of one with a red boarder. Go into collections and you should have a vexcalibur with a red boarder (if you've gotten far enough in witch queen dlc)
