Whats with the cat?
I keep seeing this cat when I get close it goes into the ground but it resurfaces when I step farther back for like 10sec. What is the significance of the cat if any or why is it even there in the first place? https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2949427472

Probably nothing. There are already several cats in the Tower appearing randomly, like on the roof near Hawthorne and on a shelf in Zavalas office.
