Fun fact, here in my Country a Vuvuzela is a noisy trumpet we use when attending big Soccer Matches or Cricket Matches. If tons of people in the crowd has such trumpet, it creates loud, noticeable and irritable sounds .... most annoying sound in my Country next to a Local Bird called a "Hadida"

That's exactly what's being referred to here. Vuvuzela is how Asher Mir referred to Zavala on several occasions with there also being a vuvuzela ghost projections in the vanguard reputation rewards a few seasons back.
