Silver and cross-save

I have a question about silver and cross-save. I have multiple platforms, xbox, PlayStation and PC. In the cross-save my main account is PC. I understand that silver is not transferable between platforms. But, if I buy silver on my xbox, will I have access to it when I log in to my PC characters via xbox? Or will this silver be tied to my xbox characters which are currently inaccessible because of the cross-save enabled?

The Silver is tied to the platform account not to a specific set of characters. This Steam account is my main account for cross save but I'm currently playing on Xbox and can access any Xbox purchased Silver on the Steam characters.

That's the problem, I decided to check it out and bought 500 silver through xbox. The payment went through, but the silver did not appear. It doesn't even show up in the cross save tab on the Bungie website. On the xbox platform it says I have 0 silver.

Then the transaction hasn't fully processed yet, you'll need to contact either Microsoft or your bank for more details on that.

I also have a question, am i able to play my xbox characters on pc? i just got a pc and im wondering if i can play them (my xbox characters) on pc or steam.

The whole purpose of cross save is so that you DON'T have separate characters on each platform. your PC character is the same account as your Xbox and Play Station.
