What's the difference? They have the same description.

Harmonic mods are allways working with the element of your equipped subclass. meaning, if you switch your subclass, to lets say, Solar, it will now give you solar benefits instead of Void.

Indeed. The harmonic mods are cheaper than their normal versions, but you have to be running the same damage type as your subclass to benefit from them, which potentially limits your build.
