Reconstruction vs FTTC on commemoration

What are people's general thoughts comparing these 2 perks? Both are really similar, theoretically doubling the mag, except FTTC works instantly and generates the double ammo from nowhere, but requires precision. Whereas reconstruction does the same for free but just... takes ages, though can go above double the size if combat is slow enough. I've slaughtered many thousands of minions of darkness with both but still can't come to a decision on which is better, does anyone else have thoughts?

Reconstruction doesn't require the precision hits to generate a bigger mag size, Which is essentially what you're going for considering the massive reserves of all MG's now, FTTC Is probably always going to be better for raw DPS, but reconstruction autoreloads and doubles your mag size with no extra requirements, Which is why I prefer it over FTTC, Allowing you to easily get your three stacks from Killing tally if that's what your going for in damage perks without hurting your ammo generation from FTTC.

TL;DR for it, I Think they're both good perks that are dependent on the other perks you get on them, Reconstruction is best with killing tally, FTTC is best with Firing line.

My roll's Reconstruction and Killing tally, I Think it's amazing for high health ad clearing and It's even extremely solid for damage phases.

i've mainly been preferring FTTC killing tally. My general thought process is that i'm never not shooting for 3.7 (or 3.3 with enhanced) seconds to proc a measly 10% mag increase. And waiting 15 seconds is unimaginable in most content, whereas FTTC hits a 5 second reload and boom, up to 150 in the mag. Of course, accounting for not using an aimbot, its probably more like 100-120 in the mag, but those extra 50 rounds are free, and i feel like if combat goes on for long enough reconstruction just isnt doing anything (also the idea of waiting at the rally banner is depressing). The other reason i'm leaning towards FTTC is the amount of meaty enemies you can just lay into, mainly champs and now tormentors, who just sit there and take it, where FTTC is the clear pick. Despite all of this though, i find reconstruction providing way more help than i ever expect. At this point i'm just picking between the 2 commemorations in my inventory blindly and invariably being happy with the result

for Commemoration, you're better off with an ad clear roll, reconstruction + killing tally, reconstruction so you can passively reload without losing the damage buff. if you have the pattern, Retrofit is better with FTTC and target lock for taking down high health enemies and dps. one of each is worthwhile

FTTC is the better pick assuming you can land your shots due to the ammo regen as mentioned but for the vast majority of players the ease of use of Reconstruction will probably win out in most cases.
