Cryosthesia 77K and other Stasis Weapons

Looking to start fleshing out my Stasis Weapons and was looking at the Cryosthesia.
Saw a lot of posts saying it was terrible when it launched, but heard it was also buffed... how is it for PvE these days?

Any other weapons suggestions?

If you don't have Ager's scepter, get ager's scepter. If you have ager's scepter, use ager's scepter. Cryosthesia is... usable at best and pathetic at worst. Ager's is and always has been a complete S+++ tier pick for all PvE content, and among the best 3 general purpose PvE weapons. Cryosthesia is completely pushed out of all use cases because of this, though can be a touch of fun on occasion.

Probably good to stop a champion, but otherwise there's no real point to use it outside of PvP. Not in the current meta anyways. It's faster to just kill everything than taking time to freeze it.
