How do you get Dares of Eternity Bonus Rounds?

Legend is the only way to get it realistically, most of the time it's impossible to get it on normal because everyone is doing their own thing and are not focused on getting high points

Just use LFG

Lightning rounds are entirely RNG, the only thing you can do to increase their spawn rate is to play on Legendary which is necessary for that score regardless.
