Will solo farming Empire Hunts increase my chances of getting Cloudstrike?

I've noticed that only 1 player ever gets it, if I do them solo it only takes me 1 or 2 extra minutes so I was wondering if it will increase the chances of me being the one who receive the exotic if there's only one player to reward?

Maybe I'm wrong and everyone can loot the Cloudstrike at the same time, let me know

Edit: I've just got it on my first solo run, I don't know if it helped but I finally got this beast after so many runs

Size of your team or what difficulty you're running have no effect on your drop rate in this instance.

Fastest is to just grind it on normal difficulty. Took me about 20 runs to get it to drop.
