Is there any way farm good total stat armours for F2P player?

Trade in defiant engrams for armor pieces! Most of the time you'll get 60+ stats on armor pieces. Make sure you put on your mods on your ghost to focus a stat.

Can you even get Defiant Engrams without the season? The OP did mention being a Free to Play player. If they're F2P then they likely don't have the season, or even any of the expansions for that matter.

Uhh? What? It only comes every so often so I suggest you get in there to get some high 60s total stat rolls.

I have interest to the PvE primarily till aquire B+ stats and gear for PvP eligibility.

OH you're right. My bad. Yeah I think the best is to play Iron Banner. You can good stat armor plus weapons (which imo are more important).

Then run nightfall? I mean I don't really recommend nightfall to new players but the drops can be good there too.

Vault of Glass and King's Fall will drop armor with decent to good stats. if you can get a group through LFG or even a Sherpa, those Raids are always good, especially when they're the featured Raid for the week, so you can farm the easy encounters over and over.

not free 2 play unfortunately. all dungeons (except prophecy) are locked behind paywall.
otherwise, mainly nightfalls, Dares, and seasonal activity should be able to drop high-stat armour [if lucky]

Iron banner gives some nice high stat armor as well

[Dark, House of Luck]

Prophecy, Vault of Glass, Kings Fall all can drop high stat roll armor. Run them when they are the rotator(Vault is the rotator until reset on Tuesday).
