Can't rank up because "Learning light" quest is bugged.

I'm rank three and progressing to rank four the only problem being that the game still thinks that I'm doing the "Learning light" quest at the cosmodrome despite no such quest existing in my directory. Any help?

To add to this, it's a computer in the Tower, over by the Postmaster, that lets you browse any quests that may have been abandoned or lost.
It's also in the HELM over by the Vault terminal.
There's also the "The Past" and "New Light" tabs of the Quests page, looks like an hourglass and the Destiny logo respectively. Try checking there.

Unfortunatly no I can't. I've looked for everything and haven't found anything relating to the quest.

We just want a screenshot of
- The main map with all the planets
- ALL of your quest pages
We're trying to see if something got overlooked or moved.

I can assure you THERE IS NOTHING to do with the quest ANYWHERE. No quest on any page, nothing I can track, no notification in the cosmodrome which is where the quest is supposedly taking place N o t h i n g.
