Missing Witch Queen dungeon keys

I bought the Deluxe edition of Witch Queen and after completing the campaign i can't play the dungeons

Are you sure it was the Deluxe version? You can't officially buy the Deluxe anymore, maybe that's the reason.

Yes, i bought it the 21/4/22 i didn't play it much cause private problems, but i just realized yesterday that i can't play dungeons because of this

Well, it's really strange. Did you buy it on Steam? Are you sure you're trying to launch the Witch-queen dungeons? Duality and Spire of the Watcher? As far as I remember, you have to take a quest from Hawthorn to launch them first.

Have you picked up the dungeon quests from Hawthorne? Maybe you need them to be able to start the dungeons?

Then all I can advise is to go into your Steam purchase history and make sure you definitely bought the Deluxe. And if so, contact Bungie tech support.

I have the exact same issue. I have everything from the Deluxe version and pre-order, but I quit playing for a bit when Void 3.0 came out. I picked it back up this month and it is saying that I need to buy the dungeon keys. Maybe it's because I didn't access the dungeons when Witch Queen was active, but nothing said those dungeons should be time-locked and revoked if not accessed.

I've contacted Bungie help more than a week ago but haven't received a response yet.

Too bad Steam can't help pressure Bungie into giving us what we bought. I checked with their support too and they said it shows up as purchased on my account and that's all they can do, everything beyond that is the game developer.
