Destiny need to be changed.

I used to love Destiny and i played the first game for atlest 2k houers and non steam d2 1.2k but for the past few years, it feels like the game has just gone downhill in many different ways.

One of them is a bug. I'm not sure whats going on, but there have been so many bugs for the past year, even bugs straight from Destiny 1.

Weapon crafting removes the entire fun grind for god rolls.  and also makes farming other weapons that are not currently in crafting pointless, as they will probably show up in crafting later on.

and now they are going to remove the power grind that pretty much ruins the entire game as there is not much content right now.

What's the point of griding the same boring strikes, dungeons, and raids when we won't get power?

The majority of weapons can or will be crafted anyways

i think they need to stop focusing on Weapons and mods and focus on Content.

Add alot of new fun dungeons and strikes. add more raids and mabye add Extra hard GM lost sectors that need to be done as a fireteam of 2-3 and will give rewards.

they could add World tier to the open citys and planets that will give players higher rewards and cosmetics from doing challenges mabye bring back strange coin vendors for focusing Loot (can be optained from open world activites and world bosses)

there is so much they could do but they dont like when was the last time we got a new gambit map?

1) Crafting isn't as good as you think. Yes they do give advantages over god rolls. But they are minimal at best. For example, the differrence between Focussed fury and Enhanced Focussed fury is 1 extra second of damage buff up time. Thats littterrally it. God roll weapons are still incredibly potent and worth getting given the fact that not all weapons are craftable and that getting a craftable weapon is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of effort. Also they are going to add the abillity to enhance your godrolls. Its being added first for pinnacle gear but will filter down eventually so they are already adressing this.

2) Power grind has never been the point of the game. Build crafting, loot finding and enhancement of current builds is the point of the game. The power grind was always just a hindrance which forced you to play ♥♥♥♥ you didnt care about and would often get in the way of the fun.

3) Since when have raids and dungeons been boring ? RoN may suck as a challenging experience but it's still plenty fun with its unique einviroments, wild looking loot and fun encounters.

4) The game is a lootershooter. If they stopped adding new guns the game would die. They are never going to stop adding new weapons and armor because that litterrally is the most important content in the game. Also, they have been adding content plenty of it with more to come. Leaks have confirmed that Titan is coming back next season as is a new dungeon. We are probably slated for Wrath to get added to the game this year. In the upcoming 2 seasons we are getting a weekly exotic rotator mission (So you can play things like presage every week)

5) There is high quality world tier loot. They are called seasonal engrams and red border weapons. Seriously, Neomuna and Throne world guns are some of the best in the game. How do you unlock those? Doing ♥♥♥♥ on the relevant planets. Also Neomuna has 2 exotics which can only be gotten through doing ♥♥♥♥ ON neomuna. So again you're wrong here.

6) They don't care about Gambit or Crucible. It's sadd but they don't. In part because A) PVP is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nightmare to balance and something they will never achieve. B) Because most people don't play those game modes. Bungie only has so many resources available to them they have to pick and chose what they want to focus on. Now chose which one you want more. More loot, raids, dungeons, better story, better nightfalls, new destinations, revamped weapons, and core systems? Or New Gambit maps?

Like I get your sentiments, but most of what you are angry about Bungie are actively working to fix or they have good reasons not to work on it.

If you intend to play this game READ THE TWAB. Seriously. Don't yell at the game devs if you don't intend to give them a chance. Actually take a look at what they are planning for this game. Bungie is incredibly open about what they are working on up to 4 months in advance.

Agree, with power grind especially. It is obnoxious at this point. Serves no point beside time gateing players from doing endgame stuff. In any game leveling has a purpose of making you stronger by leveling and here its just time gateing from doing stuff and if you level to much game will down your level so you cant be overleveled so it serves no point from leveling side of things. You can level the crap out of your character and outlevel everyone and you still will be at the level of everyone else on gms lol. Pointless gimmick. How many times you can regrind same boring crap. I can play for hours having fun in pvp or raids and gms but all other activities are boring af and powergrind forces me to do it burning me out completely and taking all the fun from destiny. Power level design at this time forces you to play at certain way that is no fun but necessary to be proficient at rising power level to finally be able to do stuff that are fun. That just makes me want to play less and less because im forced to waste huge portion of may play time every season on things that i hate to do. Amazing change for me to just throw out worst part of the game.

they keep take the game down and to fix bugs but manage just adding more.


the expansion was a failure and have a avg score of 2.8 out of 10

No, i just want more content to the game and not same boring content we had for the past 6 years + destiny 1 content.

They will not reinvent the wheel till they have outdated engine like now. Hope final shape will change that. Its incredibly restrictive now and any time they try to add new thing ♥♥♥♥ hits the fan. Why when they add and change more stuf like new loadout system, crafting etc we are getting more and more bugs and net errors. This old engine is barely able to hold out. Practicly bungie is now running from one fire to another trying fixing everything with temporrary fixes that get broken every new major or even minor patches. This ship is sinking and without major overhaul of the engine or even changing the engine completely we are closing to the end. Final shape will be one of 2 things. End of destiny 2 and beggining new chapter with new engine with a different name of the game or stuck in a loop of copy paste cycle because of engine limitations.
