BattlEye - How to bypass?

Hey guys.

Long time Destiny player since D1. Played D2 on PC and took a pretty long break. Decided to download and give the game a shot again. However, it's requiring BattlEye installation. I do not want to install this for various reasons.

Is there anyway to bypass/omit Battleye?

Nope. There have been tons of issues with BattlEye recently, so you're stepping into that, too. I just heard back from their support today and they suggested doing a full windows reinstall...
