Quickest way to get Explosive Personality?

I'm trying out a Solar build for my Hunter, and one of them uses the Grenade Launcher, but everywhere online just says it drops during Risen activities.

Are there any remaining Risen activities still going and if so, where and how can I find them? Or have they all been vaulted?

you will have to find one being sold by banshee or Xur

Some are saying you can get it to drop from PsyOps. but I can't find whatever they are either.

yup also if you get of them keep it coz they are updating applying deepsight to any guns which has patterns.so you can craft them if u get 5 of them .i dont much details when or how it works.Cross made a video recently
