Witch Queen campaign bugged?

Bought the witch queen expansion and played the first two story missions on legendary difficulty. Decided it was too difficult so I swapped to classic and played out the remaining campaign story missions.

Now I notice that the strike mission on the Throne World map is asking for Witch Queen progression to unlock. I checked the achievements section of Witch Queen and most of the achievements for "completing each mission on any difficulty" have not been completed.

The achievement for completing the campaign on Legendary clearly shows the first two missions have been completed everything else not.

Am I missing something and has my progression with the campaign been lost? Whats up with the achievements saying I have not completed all the story missions? Is this a know bug?

Should just say I have only played this new content on one character so far.

You're probably talking about Birthplace of the Vile strike. It becomes available as you complete the exotic quest for the "parasite" grenade launcher

Just making sure, did you buy the 'Witch Queen' Year 5 expansion, or the 'Season of the Witch' season pass, 3rd season of Year 6.

Witch Queen just had a free trial weekend. So (just speculating) you may have bought the season pass and then played some of the free trial content, thinking it was part of the pass? Now the free weekend is over, that's why you are locked out. What did you buy exactly, do you know the exact product name.

Despite the terrible wording, those triumphs are only for when you play the missions as weekly replayables, on Hero, Legend or Master. Playing them on Classic or on Legendary does not count.

@EckyThump - well thanks for clearing that up about the achievements. I have seen the mission that does weekly campaign mission replays, so I assume that is how I will get those achievements finished. And yes I bought the Witch Queen expansion.

@Horn - what I meant about the strike being locked was that I have completed the campaign and yet the strike is still locked. Anyway, its unlocked after an exotic quest - clears that up.
