Flawless in PVE activities is usually a triumph at the very least or a emblem/shader for dungeuns or raids

so why am I only getting one drop now instead of like 4 or 5 of them? The first three runs had a ton of loot but now I'm only getting one and no more red borders...

Not able to answer, but red borders are not guaranteed after the first. Sadly rng is ugly.

Your other drops could have been seasonal items now maxed? I have only ran it a few tomes so cant easily say.

Gotcha, thanks! btw, do you know how many cranial spikes we can earn from the presage mission? I got up to cranial spike 4. I figured there'd be 5

as far as I remember the cranial spike perk tops at 4 stacks

No, because they removed the triumphs associated with the mission from the "Journey" tab. Back in S13, there was an emblem for doing a flawless master run, and that's it, no triumphs or anything for doing it solo/solo flawless.
