Cannot purchase Transmat Effects WHY????

Will this be returned to normal at some point as I am unable to buy even a Legendary Transmat effect.

I think they transitioned transmat effects into infinite use now. They arent single use items anymore.

Is it a new one and which one? Where buying from?

From my Collection, I cannot even purchase Weapons from my Collection, when I get 250K Glimmer I need to get rid of some so I can collect more, but if I cannot even purchase Legendary Weapons from my Collection, what is the point of having a Glimmer CAP!!

Alot pf legendary weapons cannot be pulled from collections. The exception is IF it has a static roll and thats quite rare. There is a grey text bar at the top of most items explaining this limit if applicable.

I mean the ones that are not "Special" the ones you can normally get and their Power Rating is 1600, the ones I am on about are not one-off types, they are ones you can get normally when you go to your collections.

Well until the D2 Devs screwed something up, perhaps it has something to do with the Loadouts being disabled !! I do not know, only that is is annoying as these ones you can buy for Glimmer and then Recycle them to get Shards, but atm I cannot even get one of my collections that "Can" be reclaimed.

So frustrating, had no trouble before the new Season came out...
