Mission: Invoke not appearing
I had joined a friend of mine who was already in an altar before I had the quest to unlock them. Now all I see is Savathun's Spire and Altars of Summoning. When I go to the mission in the quests tab the launch button is greyed out and says "You are unable to launch this selected quest at this time". I'm not sure if its a bug or not but I cannot progress throug hthe seasonal quest now.

It is a bug, anyone who plays Invoke without having the quest step for it, is locked out (edit: on that character) until Bungie fixes it. They are aware.

Your best bet is to play it on another class in the meantime.

That also happened to me on my hunter. My warlock and titan progressed just fine though

altars of summoning do not appear for me... savathun's spire does, but it asks me to buy the season pass to enter it again

You get one free run, yeah. Do you own the pass? You need it do to more.
