Why are my loadout slots locked?

I can't access my loadout screen. there's a "lock" icon on the arrow to click to get to the loadout screen... I have 6 loadouts for each class. Wtf?

There was an in-game message regarding why they locked loadouts, and why it says they're blocked behind guardian ranks.

They just put them behind guardian ranks and made the rank required unobtainable so they can fix the loudout glitch.

It was literally explained in game.

I got to 98 yesterday on the battlepass. Now I can't finish it. When I stopped playing yesterday the counter said 1 day and 6 hours left. Has not even been 24 hours since I stopped playing and now I cant play at all...

The battle pass has a timer above it with the exact time the season ends....
