Why are my loadout slots locked?

I can't access my loadout screen. there's a "lock" icon on the arrow to click to get to the loadout screen... I have 6 loadouts for each class. Wtf?

yeah I just saw that myself and it keeps telling me to progress my rank to unlock and I am well beyond that point.

I had to ditch missions because I couldn't switch.

The bug let you get infinite heavy in pvp, as well as instantly crash everyone's game by equipping ornaments and mods where they were not meant to be equipped. It was quite gamebreaking

cant equip loadouts unless you're in orbit from DIM
wouldnt have a problem with this otherwise
