do you get osmiomancy gloves at the end of witch queen if all missions are done in legendary difficulty?

i heard this and i hope its true because i cannot do legend or master lost sectors

If you complete all the missions on Legendary, you can pick from one of the two S16 Warlock Exotics, one of which is indeed Osmiomancy Gloves (but you get a very poor, 48 stat total one, unless that was changed).
Why can't you do legend/master Lost Sectors?

because my loadout sucks and my power level is too low

Power doesn't matter in that campaign anymore and hasn't for the last 6 months.

You will most likely get a collection roll that is not worth using, and there will be even more RNG involved in getting a better roll unless you are going to waste resources on focusing.

Vex Incursion is supposed to drop LS exotics, but it was broken a few months ago. Give it a try in case they've fixed it.

If you are able to do legendary campaign, older sectors should not be a problem even at 1790-1800.
