Cant Collect Vendor max rewards for reset of rank

No bungie support for this problem, Anyone have any idea how I can get commander Z to let me reset my rank lol. Do I need to sweet talk him or something lol.

Looks like its spread to h,e.l.m. I can collect quests & complete them but cant reset rank

u need to claim all reward first before u can reset it

Delete some currencies from your inventory so that you can claim the previous rank rewards and then you should be able to pick up the last one and reset.

Hover over the items on the reward track. If it says 'not enough space' that means that item is still unclaimed but you can't claim it because you are at the cap for that currency. Know that, you should delete enough of that currency so that you can grab the items off the reward track. Do this for all the items on the track and you should be able to reset.

For prisms: Pull a 5-energy slot blue armor piece from collections, increase its level to 8, then delete, repeat for every prism slot you need to free up.

For Ascendant Shards: You shouldn't have much trouble freeing this up, just MW any armor you might ever need/want. In case you REALLY need to burn a shard, repeat the process for prisms but MW the armor instead of just doing level 8. This will give you 6 prisms, for each of these repeat the above process.

Doing these above processes will eventually turn all of your excess materials into Enhancement Cores, which can be stored in stacks of 999 in your vault.

Not sure if you've sorted this out yet, and this might sound like something everyone knows, but you have to COMPLETE rank 16 (pretty much get to an invisible rank 17) to prestige your vendor rank, not just get rank 16.
