Blocked "Learning Light" quest bug

Good morning. I'm stuck going from rank 4 to 5 because I can't complete the "Learning Light" quest. I have no markers at the Cosmodrome, no dialogue with Shawn. Is this a bug or did I miss something? Thanks

Yes. Completed all Guardian Rank quests up to Rank 4. Rank 4 is just missing "Learning Light" (stage 3/4), I've searched everywhere but can't progress :(

The Tower quest archive is unfortunately empty >_<

A known issue, it's been in the game since March. People advise to just create a new character and complete the quest on it as guardian rank is shared by all characters.

So it's a known bug. I already tried to create a new character. Indeed the progress is shared but I still have the same problem: stuck at step 3/4 of this quest. Are we supposed to talk to Shawn for this last step? :/

It was very confusing but i finally managed to unlock the rank with another character. Thanks for the help !
