Best Weapon Perk Tier list? (swords?)

I have like 12 swords all declared as "top" in DIM.
Same goes with some Sniper Rifles or Assault Rifles.
I have no idea how to break them down to maybe only 2,3 or 4 max.
I have so many weapons 8 versions of them. All according to DIM are good.
If I had a TIER list of perks for specific weapons, I could at least decide which one to keep as I can and will not try out 50 weapons to find out which one I subjectively "LIKE" more.

Depends on the weapon and where you want to take it, pvp or pve. For example, in PVE for primary in the third and fourth column it is desirable to catch some perk for reloading + some perk for damage. I almost never look at the first and second column, with rare exceptions, such as rockets. There is one site called light.gg. There you can find any gun you are interested in, see what perks this gun has, what perks are good for what and even the most popular rolls among the community.
