Which Destiny 2 expansions do you recommend?

I started a short time in the game but I don't have money to buy all the expansions which do you think are the best?

If you have money issues I would get Lightfall first. The annual version if you can. That will be the relevant and most updated content for a while.

After that grab the legacy collection and 30th anniversary. That should cover all the older DLC's.

Gally is pretty relevant and the dungeon can be use to farm artifice armor, but yeah, overall it's probably the lowest priority DLC for a new player.

yeah, the epic promo is gone, but if you had nabbed it at the time, its viable to swap to the epic install just for 30th anniversy content until you get around to getting it on steam

30th Anniversary brings Dares of eternity which i find kinda fun. It also has a trace rifle that you can craft which is real good, one of my favorite weapons tbh, the sword is alright too.
Witch Queen definitely had the best story in a long time. And Strand subclass in Lightfall is incredibly fun. I'd get Lightfall just for Strand.
And i don't know if you can craft weapons if you don't have Witch Queen, maybe you do, not sure tho.

none, i recommend none, go play something else
quitting the game after the witch queen expansion and 10k+ hours since year one D2 is the most exhilarating decision I made, free from FOMO and I enjoy more games now

You can craft weapons without WQ (you get access to the intro mission and 1st glaive) and can get Dares weapons without 30th.
