Fragments bug

Ikora. Void class, I have open fragment that says it requires learning light?

I cannot find a quest anywhere, I gather it is in the Cosmodrome, but this means I canot completely open my void fragments, is anyone else finding this?

The Learning Light quest is unlocked through the New Light campaign. You'll have to complete the first mission of "A Guardian Rises" to unlock "Learning Light", but it requires you to run through "A Guardian Rises" further. There are 2 quests "learning light" and "A Guardian Rises" to continue the last step (step 4) of learning light you have to finish the guardian rises quest first.

I ahve completed those quests already, this seems to be a bug But i will go back and see if i can do either

If you've done all steps and it's still bugged, the fix for it is to run "A Guardian Rises" to completion on a second character.

No, this is a bug there is nothing I can do to unlock one final fragment in Void
