has anything strange happened to ur pc in past 2 days, any updates or ... has it crashed, does the hard drive sound healthy?
have you scanned for viruses?
did you check with the spinning top to see if you are still in dreamland or not?
if it doesnt stop spinning idk.
First standard Troubleshooting list
update drivers, windows, then
check antivirus if its blocking destiny 2, turn off anti virus and start destiny 2
listen to ur hard drive if it doesnt sound healthy that might be the issue, change d2 install location and keep games out of windowses own hard drive, that usually causes problems even to this day,
after 2 minute google i found few things that might help you
go into C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp then find the Destiny 2 folder and change the name of it to whatever you want. then if the game needs to re install or verify the files do it and try launching.
youtube search this Fix Destiny 2 Disk Write Error While Installing or Updating The Game
i wont be linking it since clicking random links you see online from strangers is dangerous.
in the future, google your problem but add reddit to the problem and google will show you reddit posts about it, people have gone trough this stuff and million minds tend to find one solution eventually. or youtube search tutorials.
good luck.
if you need furhter help just add me and i can see what i can do but i make no promises.
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Temp
Look for folder name "Destiny 2"
Change folder name to something like Destiny 2_backup.
Launch the game and it should work. If not report back to this thread.
