Aquanaut Seal Secret Triumph

I'm missing one more Triumph for the seal and it's locked behind a secret. Is this going to be a "last 2 weeks before new season" new mission + cut scene scenario like last time or are we getting something tailored to these broken blades I keep hearing about? Which I've only gotten one of them btw and heard they are obtainable through specific exotic fishes? I'm so damn confused with all of this *!blam!*

It's classified in the API so no one can say for sure.
It could maybe be something to do with the broken blades?
Only two pieces are available right now, one for catching a Whispering Mothcarp on the Throne World, and one for catching a Vexing Placoderm on Nessus. I suspect then that the last piece will be for catching an Aeonian Alpha-Betta in the EDZ next week and then we can do whatever with all three pieces.
