Do we need to finish Fishing Rally Throne World to unlock the Nessus one?

I didn't finish the higher reward tiers last week cos of IB (and the fishing just boring me to tears), but I can't see the Nessus one from Hawthorn this week?

EDIT: ofc I remember to check the quest archive terminal in the tower immediately after posting this, and there it is...
