Is it worth it to farm defiant battlegrounds?

Hi, I always have 5 keys on me and it makes me feel guilty for not using them, although I've done them a lot of times at the beginning for the powerful and pinnacle I haven't had a single exotic from it or anything good really besides the 60-68 stat gear, not even relevant resources and as a returning players those are important to me.

Nightfalls which take the same time gives you much better rewards, I think all of those defiant weapons are terrible too, I already got a god roll Imperial Decree which I don't even use, is there something I'm missing or should I just stop doing them for now?

I reckon just do all of em on the reset then just wait for the next reset for the pinnacle and powerful

2nd week, already got all patterns...though it drops high stat armor and it look dope, so yeah. Also it`s pure carnage which is somewhat fun

u need to run ghost mod for it to drop from activity?
i got mine from engrams >.<
