Strand Grenades are locked for me

when im in the pouka pond in grenades tab , my Threadling Grenade and Schackle Grenade are locked and it says :
,,Requires purchase of Aspects and Fragments used during the Lightfall Campaign''
I finished lightfall campaign as a Warlock on Legendary , do i need to complete it 2 times more ?
I saw people talking about it needs to be unlocked by 2 other classes , and i cant do it on only my warlock for example , i hope its not the case ?
Or do i need to repeat campaign 2 other times ?

ye but you need to buy them

You need to buy the two aspects from the same vendor first and at least one fragment, then grenades open up.

The Pouka pond IS the vendor, buy both aspects, then go to fragments and buy the one that is unlocked, like the mission says, and then you can buy whatever you want.

This annoyed me too. Couldn't figure out why. If you've already purchased your aspects check your fragments. For me it was the thread of finality that I was available to purchase. That opened up the chance to buy the grenades right after.
