Seem they don't know how "harder content" work
This is exactly the opposite effect.
Why should we grind if we're light lvl capped?
I don't like this current adjust difficultly, it's feel like bullet sponge game just add more HP, DMG to enemy without any new mechanic.
Becuase the caps don't apply across the board.
Agreed, it adds a new mechanic that you have to contend with, but doesn't feel onerous versus having to reload twice as often and the weird light level scaling/descaling. Not so much difficult as some activities feel chore-like.
Now that they did the only thing possible to prevent this power creep everyone complains the game is too hard because they cant just brute force everything by over leveling.
Go figure.
Well, I agree it depend on the point of view.
But, for me, they used the wrong method with lvl capping. Instead, they could have made ennemies stronger ( more def, or less cd )
Making the enemies stronger in that way would see us in exactly the same place where on now, the only difference would be we'd have a higher power number.
And then we'll be back with "EnNemIes arE tOO wEak". I see what you mean
I'll have to deal with the frustating fact that more power =/= more dmg ( not including open world content ) :(
