Banned for no reason. Automatic response and no consideration.

As title banned for no reason and ignored by bungie.
To me and all my friends that got banned automatic response:
We do not overturn restrictions like the one indicated in your appeal. If your account is on a temporary restriction you will need to wait until the restriction expires on its own.

Is there ANY real way to talk to a human in bungie that can check this unfair ban ?
Same goes for my friends.
I really did nothing wrong and was enjoying the game too bruh . . . was pve player only and not even did ever raids nd sht my gear is bad and my light low DF DID I DO WRONG ? ? ? ? WHY PERMABAN ? uh ???
Obv im blocked to any content of the game i posses (bought all dlcs and annual pass).
Anyone knows how to either fix this or get the money back ?

They recently did a ban wave targeting recoveries and the like. Aka paying others to play your account , and getting paid to do so.

I never paid anyone and what if i let someone else on my acc?
I did it it was 1 person and it was a month ago ? I LEGIT STARTED PLAYING NOW i have NOTHING but couple weapons and I barely play . . . wtf what did i do wrong?
