How do i start the "Light Reforged" questline?

Have you started a new character?

Edit: If you already have three characters, go to the quest archive and you might be able to find it there

If you want to delete a character and start over, make sure they're equipped with green gear, and all their exotic/legendary stuff is in the vault, or else you WILL lose it all

Go to this location within the tower. [d1lss44hh2trtw.cloudfront.net] You should find the quest on the terminal. You can also find the terminal on the H.E.L.M.

I have checked the terminal countless times before but it's nowhere to be seen

Have you created a new character yet? Are the characters you currently have, are they old? Like before Beyond Light came out?

Yeah, started playing back when Shadowkeep launched

Okay, i did "A Guardian Rises" questline and now i can begin Light Reforged. I suspected that was messing things up
