What do you do with refined qualichor?

I keep getting these from completing the normal qualichor quests, but I don't know what to do with them. It says the refined qualichor is a consumable, but it says 'dismantle' instead of use. Is there a place in the open world I need to take it maybe? Tried looking this up, but didn't really find any answers on it

You can open the chest after dealing with lucent hive inquisitors. There're also a few triumphs connected to it under Throne World/World/Secrets category
