Do i need Witch Queen for crafting when i got Lightfall?
See title, i am a bit confused. Thx in advance for a answer :)

No, the crafting system is still there. Only problem you will be running into is certain weapons won't be obtainable for you to actually craft.

Just Google the weapons and see if it matters to you.

But the Ostio Striga Exotic you get from Witch Queen is a very good AD clear weapon

false you do need witch queen to craft bc you must get the artifact from the first mission from witch queen for the forge to work

you can also go to amazon prime gaming to get THE SUNSHOT which is incredibly fun to use and more fun than Ostio Striga (imo)

I crafted weapons without Witch Queen?? Just couldn't craft DLC related content.

OP may be confused about what is or isn't paywalled.

The crafting system is available to all players, even F2P. What is tied to what DLC are the individual patterns required to make a certain weapon. So what DLC a player needs to buy will depend on what weapons they're interested in.
