A large red exclamation mark that when you hover over you tells you that at X time the game goes down.
Instead you need to go to twitter for info on the upates, need to use websites for LFG finding, and Apps on your phone or windows to change your loadout and entire inventory reliably.
Bungie can't do anything in regards of QOS improvements for their customers. Always crazy how that works for them. Takes them 10 years to include a halfassed loadout manager, or a "skin transfer" option to change the looks of your armor.
While every MMO has this all from the start, including ingame messages telling you that the servers go down soon, Bungie can't do anything but let D2 run the way it is for years. Oh well.
Removed due to inaccuracy.
What do you mean 15 minutes downtime?
They explicitly state that the downtime will be from 9 AM to 11 AM.
