Do legendary armor ornaments re-enter the bright dust shop?
I want to buy some parts from a specific ornament set but I don't want to have to buy the full thing for silver. Is there a chance the parts I'm looking for will eventually rotate into the bright dust store or am I boned?

You can check todayindestiny dot com to see the weekly rotation of eververse shop to check what's for sale for Bright Dust

Highly unlikely. They sell event (Festival of the Lost, Dawning, etc.) ornaments for BD, but they have yet to do the same for regular. You can't even get past season pass ornaments.
