Screw this thing. I'm fully convinced it legitimately can't drop anymore. I've been doing it every single week, on every character, with the bounty, and it never drops.

If Bungie told me to record myself literally begging for it like a medieval serf and they'd just give it to me, I think I would actually do it. My dignity is long dead and it's a matter of stubbornness at this point or I'd just give up and go for a different title.

So, my bellyaching aside, anyone who has obtained the blasted thing have any ideas? Secrets? Blood sacrifices?
