Uhh ... I don't think it's possible, no.
Two, sure, maybe three if you've got really good, high stat armor to start with that's really focused on the three you want.
More than that? I dunno, I doubt it. But hey, I could be wrong.
Before lightfall 4 T10 stats was possible using powerful friends and radiant light with subclass fragments. However personally i think you only need to prioritize 3 or 4, especially if you are not Hunter. Intelligence never needs to be higher than 4, and in certain builds intelligence is irrelevant to Super charge rate. Only Hunter needs Mobility, and for Hunter strength is not super important. Even on Strand mobility is not super important on hunters. So just focus on what is important for the class.
There are a variety of methods.
Check your Ghost Shell and equip a mod that lets you chose a preferred stat on your armor drops.
Drops are random, watch the armor drops you get, occasionally, you'll just get high stat pieces. So don't just dismantle stuff without checking it.
Higher level activities within the game have a better chance of high stat armor dropping. So try to do harder modes when and where you can.
Seasonal vendors offer the chance to focus Engrams, and tend to offer bonus chances on high stat rolls.
The Season Pass (usually) includes one set of high stat gear (for each character). It's going to be fairly generic, but it's at least a starting point for higher stat gear.
And when you find something with high stats (that you actually like and want to use), masterwork it. Masterworking adds +2 to every stat.
To get this you need five pieces of fully masterworked Artifice Armor with each piece having both a +10 stat mod and a +3 stat mod slotted. All four non-class item slots need to have the maximum base sattbyotal of 68. If you want to use an exotic and still hit these numbers you need to use one of thr pre-Shadowkeep exotics that can roll with a base stat total of 71 to make up for the lack of an Artifice Mod slot, any other exotic will drop you to a total of 394.
Arc, Solar and Strand subclasses can gain another 40 points through fragments whilst Void and Stasis subclasses can gain another 50 points through fragments.
This means that any character can at least theoretically achieve a triple 100 build based purely on their armour or a quad 100 build if they also factor in fragments. I say theoretically as I haven't calculated the required stat distributions per armour piece to determine if this is actually possible.
EDIT: I haven't factored in things like the new Font mods or other similar effects as thosendont change your stat on paper but rather temporarily change your effective stats for the duration of the effect.
Just to add one more to Nakos' list, you can some times get lucky with the armour Xur is selling each week. Worth seeking him out at weekends to check on the off chance for a high stat roll.
This isn't limited to just Xûr, any vendor who sells armour can also occasionally sell high stat armour.
Yes, very true. Just mentioning Xur as he is not there 24/7 so maybe a source that could slip someones mind.
Legendary armor goes up to 68, exotic goes up to 70. Masterworks give you +12 for all armor, and mods give you another +50. The most you can get from a subclass is with stasis fragments that also gives you +50. So the max should be 434, which lets you max out 4 stats.
