how often do gold "legendary" patrols come around on neomuna
im talking about those golden patrol icons, ive done one before and it gave me mask, but ive also heard it could give some cool weapons. im assuming they are daily or appear at random

They are random. Simply load a zone, check, load again.

It's random, though I believe only HVT patrols have a chance to be legendary.

High Value Target. it´s the same on Savathus Throne World. Heroic patrols are allways this type.

This is no longer the case, I've had a number of precision kill legendary patrols.
